Resumption of Academic Activities at CUI, Lahore Campus from Tuesday, September 15, 2020

Only the following students will be allowed to join the campus for Fall 2020 semester:

  1. All students of the First Semester who have admitted in Fall 2020. Their orientation session will be held on 20th September, 2020 and their classes will start from 21st September, 2020.
  2. Students studying in 8th, and last semester (9th 10th, 11th and 12th semester) of their degree programs (Expected to be graduating in Fall 2020).
  3. All students registered in MS and PhD programs (Graduate students).
  4. Students registered in selected Lab courses of Fall 2020. The list of Lab courses are as follow

Rest of the students will resume their online classes until the next decision by the Govt. of Pakistan/HEC.

The students who will rejoin the University for physical classes must bring along the duly filled hard copy of Undertaking available at this link.

Filled undertaking needs to be submitted in respective DCO Offices at the time of arrival. However, the hostelite will also submit a copy of the same undertaking in their Hostels Wardens.

Students have to follow the below mentioned precautions/safety measures and SoPs against COVID-19 while on campus:

  • Students will be checked for fever/temperature, at the time of entrance at the Campus.
  • Wear face masks and keep the social distance of at least 6 feet.
  • Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands
  • Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow (sleeve sneezing) or use a tissue paper when you cough or sneeze.
  • Stay at home if you have symptoms of COVID-19, which may include Fever, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing.
