Master of Business Administration
Program Overview
Master of Business Administration (MBA) program is designed to enhance the managerial and leadership skills of business graduates, who have completed four years degree in Business or Management. The program focuses on the development of managerial and decision-making skills for establishing and managing the modern-day businesses. The program comprises of modules that inculcate critical thinking and practice-based learning of business operations through the application of case studies, workshops and seminars.
MBA program is of two years duration, with a minimum requirement of 60 to 66 credit hours for students with 16 years non-business qualification, whereas, students with 16years of business qualification may complete the degree in a minimum of 1.5 years with exemptions of 30 credit hours the maximum. Moreover, students may choose specialization field from the following six major areas:
- Marketing
- Finance
- Human Resource Management
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Islamic Banking and Finance
- Entrepreneurship
Eligibility Criteria
16 years undergraduate qualification from an accredited educational institution, with minimum First Division (Annual System) or CGPA 2.5/4.0 (Semester System) and no third division (Annual System) or D grade (Semester System) throughout the academic career.
NTS GAT (General) with minimum score of 50 as per CUI policy.
Program Scope and Career Prospects
Our newly redesigned MBA program allows flexibility in program length for business and non- business graduates with 18- and 24-months options respectively. The scope of MBA program is on the rise with each passing day; it is considered to be a big job oriented professional program sought by the students and professionals. The program sharpens students’ ability to develop analytical and problem-solving skills. The students after the successful completion of the MBA degree will have great opportunity in the industrial world locally and globally.

Curriculum development at the Faculty of Business Administration is a rigorous process. Benchmarking enables curriculum designers to develop viable designs using a systematic approach, which takes into account various stakeholders for instance, business community, non-profit organizations, accrediting bodies, students, alumni and faculty.
Quality of education is monitored both at the departmental and institution level as following:
- Academic Area In-charges monitor module content and delivery methods.
- Fortnightly Review Reports are generated to ensure module progress.
- Peer Reviews are conducted to assess and evaluate the program learning outcomes.
