COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus has set its Convocation Ceremony for Wednesday, November 27, 2024, for the graduating students who have fulfilled their degree requirements in the Fall-2023 and Spring-2024 semesters. Students with outstanding fees will not be permitted to attend.

Please note that the last date for the convocation registration is extended till Monday, November 11, 2024 Please visit the link https://convocation.cuilahore.edu.pk to register. The requests for convocation registration will not be accepted after this extended deadline, so graduates must ensure they register before this date.

  • Convocation Registration Fee is Rs. 5000/- for each graduate. Please use this link CU-online to get your online challan form. Kindly note the following instructions for the convocation fee payment:

1. Select "COMSATS University Lahore" in the education tab available on the HBL Mobile App/Konnect App/Internet Banking
2. Enter Challan No. available on the Challan Form
3. Necessary details of the payee will be fetched out and payment can be processed

2. Enter 1 Bill Prefix number available on the challan from

  • After paying the fee, please register online for the convocation at https://convocation.cuilahore.edu.pk Registration is contingent upon fee payment, so graduates must upload a clear and readable image of the deposited slip or payment evidence on the convocation registration portal.
  • Graduates can invite and register two guests (parents, siblings, or spouse). The convocation admit/entry slip will be issued based on the graduate's registration. Guests whose CNICs are not provided on the registration portal will not be included in the admit/entry slip.
  • Participation in the convocation requires both registration and attendance at the full-dress rehearsal, making your presence at the rehearsal mandatory. The date, time, and venue for the rehearsal, as well as details regarding the convocation attire (gown, cap, and tassel), will be shared at a later date.
