Registration office:

The registration branch plays a vital role while making sure that all enrolled students fulfill all pre-requisites of the university policy. Students will remain in correspondence with the registration branch right from the time of their securing admission till they graduate.

Exam Branch:

Examination branch is mainly concerned with the smooth conducting of all the mid-terms as well as the terminal examinations throughout the semester. A brief set of functions of the examination branch is:

• Issuance of Roll number slips to the students.
• Providing result cards and transcripts to the students.
• Issuance of degrees to the students.
• Provision of information to the students regarding their pass out statuses.
• Providing provisional result card to the student.
• Provision of information regarding convocation of the graduating students

Admissions:

General information about admissions at CUI is available throughout the year. During the regular admission process, other services about admissions include online admission form submission, display of merit list etc is provided to prospective students. Admissions are being held twice in a year known as, Fall Session and Spring Session.

Students are being facilitated by Phone calls, Email coordination, Admission portal, and Social media ( Whatsapp, Facebook, Live sessions).

Accounts office :

The students are being assisted regarding their fee matters. All kind of challan forms are provided to students from here which includes challan updating, Bus challan, Hostel challan, ID card challan , Semester result card challan etc.

Moreover, Accounts are addressed online through Student Facilitation System (SFS) and fee challans are issued online through Student Fee Management System (SFMS) or student can take challan from SSC (accounts window).

Students can put their quarries through SFS portal by login their account.

Health Care:

COMSATS health center is a medical practice serving the acute and chronic medical needs of undergraduate and graduate students. Our staff has many combined years of working with university students. Students come to the Health Center for a wide range of medical needs, include general sick visits, allergy injections and OPD related medical facilities in a set of associated hospitals across Lahore. This insurance facility is provided to all the students for a mere payment of Rs. 100 per month. We pride ourselves on a model that focuses not only treatment, but also on health promotion and prevention through education and awareness. Student input and feedback is core to our mission.

Hostel:

COMSATS University has arranged for various hostel facilities for male and female students both inside and outside the campus. These hostels have fully furnished rooms and the management is highly committed to make sure the all the residents of the hostels enjoy a very comfortable and homely environment. Each of the hostels has a warden and other relevant staff which deals with general student queries, problems and complaints.

 This office deals with the following:

• Acceptance of hostel forms from both the existing as well as the newly admitted students.
• Display of merit list of the students who are eligible to avail the hostel facility.
• Make sure that the students are able to live in a highly comfortable environment.
• Handling of various hostel students’ issues and queries.

Transport

COMSATS University is dedicated to every possible limit to make life for its students as comfortable as possible. Transport service is provided to all the students at a very economical cost of just Rs. 18,000 per semester. For this purpose the university has a total of 13 buses and 8 small coasters. The university is also in the process of purchasing more vehicles to make transport facility more easy and comfortable for the students. All these vehicles cover whole of Lahore and the transport is provided two times a day for all the routes and for some of the nearer routes it is provided three times a day as well. A transport office has been set up for this purpose which makes sure that all of the students can avail the transport facility as easily as possible.

The services provided by the transport office are:

• Information regarding various route plans.
• Provision of information related to the timings of buses for various routes.
• Registration of students who want to avail the transport facility.
• Issuance of bus cards to the students who have paid the bus fee.
