Visit of French Embassy Officials

Dr. Musferah Mehfooz chaired the meeting on 12th of April 2023 with the team from Alliance Française de Lahore comprising Ms. Hannah Bieber Education Project Officer, French Embassy and Mr. Gaëlle Le Breton to agree on MoU for the implementation of the Delf Exam for the students of COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore campus. According to the MoU, the French Embassy will offer 10 full scholarships to the students from CUI, Lahore for the Delf exam. Partial scholarships will also be offered to the students if they register themselves through COMSATS University in Alliance Françai. Dr. Musferah Mehfooz suggested to the team that Seminars should be done by the Embassy or French Cultural Center that motivates students for the language and what will be the benefit of having Delf A1/A2 exam certification for their Higher Education and more effort should be done by the Embassy of France and Alliance Française de Lahore regarding scholarships, also French Cultural activities should be done in the campus.
