held on 24 September 2026 at INTI International University,
Malaysia. The conference ran in hybrid mode, allowing participants from across Asia
to join online, and was themed around innovative AI and emerging technologies in education.

The study reports the development of Therap-Ease, a mobile application
that brings psychotherapy and mindfulness techniques to users through a digital platform,
together with an evaluation of the user experience the application delivers. The work
reflects the department’s continuing focus on applied psychology and on the use of
digital tools to widen access to mental health support.
