Dr Sara Khan presented her views on “The Future of Meaning” in an International Conference

Dr Sara Khan presented her views on “The Future of Meaning” in an International Conference arranged by the Department of English Language and Literature (University of Lahore) on 12th December 2022. Her Topic of presentation was “The idea of an ‘Amalgamated Mind’ as New Trends in Mind, Meaning and Semiotics: A Cognitive-Functional Perspective”. She talked about the interdisciplinary trends in language and meaning construction. The talk ended with hopes of introducing integrated frameworks for meaning-making in discourse, semiotics and linguistics.
