Recruitment Drives and Mock Interview Sessions are the best means of talent hunt directly from the universities for recruiting young, fresh, energetic and most suitable fresh graduates to fulfill the human resource needs of the industry and corporates. At COMSATS, we put special efforts to arrange such drives and interview sessions for the immediate selection and recruitment of our fresh graduates. Top industries visit our campus to take especially designed analytical, IQ based tests and interviews providing the best opportunity to our students to interact with people from corporates and to have an insight into the requirements and demands of corporate sector. These drives and interview sessions are regularly being arranged at the campus by the office of ARCD.

The National Incubation Center Lahore (NICL) Conducted an Exclusive Awareness Session

The National Incubation Center Lahore (NICL) conducted an exclusive awareness session at COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, on May 29, 2025. The event was warmly welcomed by Mr. Safdar Ali, Manager of Alumni Relations & Career Development, while Mr. Muhammad Shahid Bhatti, Assistant Professor, ensured seamless arrangements. Final-year students from Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business, and AI programs attended the session, gaining insights into entrepreneurial opportunities and startup support.

Berger Paints conducts Successful On-Campus Recruitment Drive at CUI, Lahore

Servis Industries Gen-S Recruitment drive

A 3 member Talent Acquisition Team from SIL headed by Mr. Hamza Khan visited COMSATS and conducted firstly, orientation session followed by an interactive discussion session and then online test via cell phones. Students from EE, Chemical and Management Sciences participated with zeal and zest. The team briefed them about the work environment of a corporate like Servis and how to get a kick start career. The session was ended with shield distribution and a vote of thanks.

A six member delegation from Sapphire Fibers visited COMSATS on May 24, 2022 and conducted a full fledged recruitment drive for our EE, Chemical and Marketing graduates. Around 150 students from EE, Chemical and MS departments participated in this drive, attended orientation session and appeared in the written test.
