One-day Interactive Workshop on “Integrating Corpus Linguistics and Applied Linguistics Disciplines”

Ms Shazia Aziz, Ms Amna Naveed and Ms Umara Shaheen from the Department of Humanities organized a one-day Interactive Workshop on “Integrating Corpus Linguistics and Applied Linguistics Disciplines” for the faulty, students and scholars of Linguistics and Literature on 8th March, 2023 in IRCBM Hall. The resource person, Dr Humaira Jehangir from Information Technology University, whose PhD is in Corpus Linguistics from Lancaster University, UK, engaged the audience in a very impressive and enthusiastic manner through the hands-on activities during the workshop. The workshop received an overwhelming response form faculty and BS and MS English students alike with more than 55 participants in all.
