Support for a brighter future

COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, is pleased to announce the HEC Need-Based Scholarship Programme for the Fall 2026 semester for eligible BS/undergraduate level students. This initiative aims to facilitate deserving students facing financial constraints in continuing their higher education.

Eligibility criteria

  • BS / undergraduate students of all batches admitted on Open Merit and enrolled in the Fall 2026 semester
  • Students with family income below the poverty threshold

How to apply

  • Complete the soft data entry on the Google form below
  • Hard forms are available at the Photocopy shop of CUI Lahore Campus
  • Submit the hard form with all required documents at the SSC / SFAO office

The deadline to submit hard forms, along with the requisite documents and after completing the soft data entry on the Google form, at the SSC / SFAO office.

Checklist

Documents to be attached

  1. Details of academic record, copies of degrees / transcript, one passport size picture
  2. CNIC of applicant and guardian / parents
  3. Domicile certificate
  4. Latest utility bills, one copy of each (electricity, gas, telephone, water)
  5. Death certificate, in case a parent or guardian is deceased
  6. Form “B” stating the number of family members
  7. Latest salary slip / income certificate and pension book or copy, where applicable
  8. In case of business, an affidavit stating income details
  9. If living in a rented house, the rent agreement shall be attached
  10. Siblings’ fee slips, if studying
  11. Details of any previous scholarship availed during the academic career
  12. Statement of purpose
