Industry
Devsinc on the impact of AI on fresh graduates
The Director took part in an industry seminar and recruitment drive organised by the
Industrial Liaison Committee, Department of Computer Science, in collaboration
with Devsinc.
A delegation of senior professionals from Devsinc’s Lahore office visited the campus for a
seminar titled “Impact of AI on the Software Industry and Fresh Graduates”.
Devsinc is a global software development and IT consultancy firm specialising in digital business
engineering, cloud architecture, mobile and web development, and AI-first enterprise transformation.

Community
A homecoming lunch from the Department of Humanities
The Director attended a lunch organised by the faculty of the Department of
Humanities.
A cake-cutting ceremony was held to celebrate his homecoming to the Lahore Campus.

Media
A presentation on media and public relations
The Director chaired a meeting with the head and faculty of the Media Studies
department, joined by Prof. Shariyeh, In-charge Academics, and
Prof. Kashif, In-charge Administration.
A comprehensive presentation on media and public relations was delivered during the session.

International
Four international students welcomed for Fall 2026
The Director warmly welcomed the four newly enrolled international students
joining CUI Lahore Campus for the Fall 2026 semester.
During the welcome session he extended his best wishes and highlighted the university’s
commitment to providing a supportive, inclusive and academically enriching environment. He
encouraged the students to take part in academic and co-curricular activities and to make the most
of their time at the Lahore Campus.
The students expressed their utmost satisfaction with the arrangements made by the campus and
thanked the Director for such a warm welcome.
