Examination Department

The Examination Department at COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus is responsible for planning, conducting, and managing all examination-related activities in accordance with the University's academic regulations and semester calendar. The Department is committed to ensuring that every student is provided with a fair, transparent, and secure examination environment.

Our core responsibilities include the conduct of examinations, result compilation, result declaration, and the maintenance of examination records and resources. Through standardized procedures and quality assurance mechanisms, we ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of the examination process.

The Examination Department audits and verifies academic results before forwarding eligible cases to the Principal Seat for the award of degrees, ensuring compliance with university regulations and the standards of HEC and accreditation bodies of Pakistan.

The Department also supports academic departments and campus administration by providing timely academic reports and examination data, while contributing to various institutional committees, including Campus Management, Unfair Means Control, Make-up Examination Review, and Convocation Management.
