A Seminar with the topic “Stress Management and University Students” was held on October 29th, 2020 where Ms. Saima Muzaffar was the speaker. Indeed, it was the need of the hour to guide the young generation about how to deal with their anxiety and stress and live a healthy life especially during the days of COVID Pandemic. Students were briefed about the types of stressors at university, their timely identification, their adverse effects on health and effective techniques to cope with anxiety and stress. Students were given tips for better time management, smart management and carefully calibrated learning techniques which can help them out to be successful in their studies. Students discussed their stressors during studies and were briefed about the effecting techniques for coping with the stress. Students found this seminar very helpful and purposeful and suggested to continue this mentorship program on regular basis.
