Estimation of DNA damage and In-Situ Spectroscopy of Biological Molecules

We develop nanomaterials for probing specific DNA bases and proteins with high sensitivity and selectivity. Using electrochemical and fluorescence techniques, we estimate dsDNA integrity and monitor DNA damage under stressors like radiation, chemicals, and heat. Our approach enables both quantitative and qualitative analysis of genetic material in complex environments. We also synthesize advanced nanomaterials for in-situ spectroscopic analysis of biological molecules, offering real-time biochemical insights.
