COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, Welcomes DAAD Guest Scientist from Germany
The Department of Chemistry, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore
Campus, is pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Axel Klein from the
University of Cologne, Germany, as a DAAD Guest Scientist for a
four-week academic visit commencing on 20 October 2026.
During his visit, he will deliver a series of lectures on
Coordination Chemistry for BS, MS, and PhD students, along with a
one-day seminar and a scientific symposium. These academic
activities will provide valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, research collaboration, and
scientific interaction among faculty members, researchers, and students.
The visit is expected to strengthen international academic linkages and
foster closer research collaboration between COMSATS University Islamabad and the University of
Cologne.
