The Dental Materials group of the Interdisciplinary Research Centre in Biomedical Materials (IRCBM) held a one-day interactive Symposium on Advancements in Dental Materials (SADM 2018) on 30 July 2018.
Since 2008, IRCBM has been playing a pioneering role in translational research and development of materials for clinical applications. Dental materials (DM) is a major thrust area at IRCBM. The DM group of IRCBM is pleased to invite you to its one day interactive symposium on advancement in dental materials (SADM).
SADM 2018 will focus on (but not be limited to)
- Knowledge creation to identify gaps between academia and clinicians in dentistry
- Enabling Clinicians and scientists to understand reciprocal needs & their translation into lab activity
- Exploring new areas of research in dental materials
- Providing low-cost high-quality dental solutions and end reliance on expensive imports
- The role of advanced 3D printing and composite scaffolds in dentistry
