An awareness seminar on Vitamin D deficiency was arranged by Ms. Amna Naveed (Associate Incharge) on December 19, 2019. As in Pakistan more than 70% women are suffering from the deficiency of vitamin D which is the main cause of osteoporosis in elderly age. Dr. Nadia Bashir, M.O. Gulab Devi Hospital was invited to acquaint the public with the serious complications caused by the deficiency of Vitamin D.
