A one day workshop on "Obesity and Sleep Disorder" by Dr. Khawar Abbas Chauhdry was organized for Psychology students during Mental Health Week Fall 2015.
A one day Workshop was organized and coordinated by Ms. Shazia Gulzar (Convener Mental Health Week Fall 2015) on "Obesity and Sleep Disorder" by Guest Speaker Dr. Khawar Abbas Chauhdry, Consultant Pulmonologist and Critical Care, Assistance Professor of Medicine. The workshop was fruitful for all Psychology students in terms of enhancement of psychological well-being.
