Digital Logic Design Laboratory

The Digital Logic Design Laboratory is one of the core and well-equipped lab of the Department of Electrical Engineering at the COMSATS University Islamabad,, Lahore. This lab aids the undergraduate students of Electrical and Computer Engineering programs for the course of Digital Logic Design. The learning mechanism is based on building, analyzing and designing of digital circuits using software and hardware tools. For this purpose, the lab is set up with state of the art computers, latest digital circuit design automation software and digital trainer boards to carry out required experiments by the students. Overall, this lab provide hand-on experience to the students to design combinational and sequential logic circuits, to develop skills to utilize digital integrated circuit (IC) chips,  to apprehend  the working of basic finite state machine  and to prepare them for the further advanced courses related to the design of digital circuits.
