First Position in Query Master Competition at SOFTECH’24

Students of Computer Science department of COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore campus won First Position in Query Master Competition at SOFTECH’24 organized by FAST-National University of Computer & Emerging Sciences on the 23 rd - 25 th of February 2024. Students of Computer Science department participated in the Query Master Competition in which they were asked to solve a series of database-related tasks, ranging from simple queries to complex data manipulation and optimization problems. The time period to complete the task was one round of 2 hours. Several teams from the most prestigious institutes of Pakistan participated in the competition. Students of computer science department were the only team that developed the complete solution within a short period of time.
