- Issuance of roll number slips
- Provision of result cards and transcripts
- Issuance of degrees
- Providing information regarding graduation status
- Issuance of provisional result cards
- Information regarding convocation
- Issuance of revised/ duplicate degrees and transcripts
Registration Section Help Desk:
Academic desk at Student center ensures that students get the information they need to navigate their academic journey at CUI. This includes:
- Registration of newly admitted students
- Course registration
- Display of scheme of studies on CU Online
- Add, drop, and withdrawal of courses
- Handling matters related to PWWB quota admissions
- Uploading student photographs on CU Online
- Issuance of student ID cards
- Semester withdrawal and freeze
- Issuance of NOC and Bonafide Certificates
Accounts Section Help Desk:
The accounts help desk facilitates the students in the following way:
- Issuance of Fee challans and updated
- Issuance of Bus, hostel, ID card, and transcript challans etc.
- Issuance of fee challans on CU-Online Students’ portal through Student Fee Management System (SFMS)
- Student queries through the SFS portal
