Solar observation with Alpha Telescope

Hubble Society of Space Science & Technology (HSSST) of physics departmis pleased to invite you at a session on observations of the Sun's second layer, chromosphere at COMSATS Lahore on April 04, 2018 (Wednesday) between 12:00 noon-3:00 pm Sun is a huge ball of plasma. The temperature of this layer, chromosphere varies substantially with height. At first, it decreases from roughly 6,000° C and strangely begins to climb in the upper reaches, reaching a few tens of thousands of degrees. Scientists aren't completely sure why temperature increases with height in the upper chromosphere. There are various theories but still it's an open research problem.
