Business Incubation Center (BIC)

BIC at Lahore Campus is the physical manifestation of tangible entrepreneurial ventures undertaken by CUI faculty members and senior semester/graduating students. We provide dedicated incubator spaces tailored for Tech and AI-driven startups.

Cubator Infrastructure & Tenancy

A "Cubator" is an active business incubator space provided within CUI Lahore Campus (within ORIC and IRCBM premises), designed to support tech and preferably AI-driven business ideas and startups.

Cubators are offered under tenancy-based agreements to enrolled student startup teams and faculty entrepreneurs, providing plug-and-play facilities, internet infrastructure, mentorship, and business support services.
