At the 58th International Mathematics Olympiad in Rio, Brazil, team Pakistan, trained by the Mathematics Department of CIIT Lahore, won a bronze medal and three honourable mentions, and achieved Pakistan's highest IMO team score to date.
We are pleased to share that in the 58th International Mathematics Olympiad, Rio, Brazil, team Pakistan, trained by Mathematics department CIIT Lahore, has achieved the following:
- Won one bronze medal (missed silver medal by one mark)
- Won 3 honorable mentions
- Pakistan got its highest IMO team score till date.
