The Office of Career Development organized a recruitment drive in collaboration with Diamond Denim (Sapphire Group), with an orientation, a Q&A session, a written test and interviews by two panels from Diamond Group.
The entire drive was a very good learning experience for the students, especially as they gained confidence while being interviewed by a corporate. The shortlisted students will be contacted very soon.
From orientation to interviews
- Orientation: The event started with an orientation session.
- Q&A session: Students put their questions to the Diamond Group team.
- Written test: A written test was conducted after the Q&A.
- Interviews: Two interview panels from Diamond Group interviewed students simultaneously in two offices.
Mock interviews: Chemical, EE, Chemistry & Management Sciences
All finalists from these departments participated enthusiastically in mock interviews. The process continued till 4 pm, and hundreds of students appeared in interviews.
Assessment test: Computer Science, Software Engineering & Computer Engineering
An assessment test was conducted for CS, SE and CE students.
