CUI Lahore invites eligible BS/undergraduate students admitted on open merit to apply for the HEC Need-Based Scholarship for Fall 2026. Hard forms with documents are due at the SSC/SFAO office by 15 October 2026.
COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, is pleased to announce the HEC Need-Based Scholarship Programme for the Fall 2026 semester for eligible BS/undergraduate level students. This initiative aims to facilitate deserving students facing financial constraints in continuing their higher education.
Eligibility criteria
- BS / undergraduate students of all batches admitted on Open Merit and enrolled in the Fall 2026 semester
- Students with family income below the poverty threshold
How to apply
- Complete the soft data entry on the Google form
- Hard forms are available at the Photocopy shop of CUI Lahore Campus
- Submit the hard form with all required documents at the SSC / SFAO office
Deadline: Thursday, 15 October 2026
The deadline to submit hard forms, along with the requisite documents and after completing the soft data entry on the Google form, at the SSC / SFAO office.
Documents to be attached
- Details of academic record, copies of degrees / transcript, one passport size picture
- CNIC of applicant and guardian / parents
- Domicile certificate
- Latest utility bills, one copy of each (electricity, gas, telephone, water)
- Death certificate, in case a parent or guardian is deceased
- Form “B” stating the number of family members
- Latest salary slip / income certificate and pension book or copy, where applicable
- In case of business, an affidavit stating income details
- If living in a rented house, the rent agreement shall be attached
- Siblings’ fee slips, if studying
- Details of any previous scholarship availed during the academic career
- Statement of purpose
