The Department of Computer Science organized the 4Cs Faculty Training Program from 6 July 2026, covering Coding, Co-Intelligence, Cloud Computing and Cybersecurity for faculty of other departments.
The Department of Computer Science, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus, successfully organized the 4Cs Faculty Training Program started from 6th July 2026 for faculty members from all departments except Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
The training covered four key areas—Coding, Co-Intelligence, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity—providing participants with practical knowledge and hands-on experience. As part of the Rector's visionary 6C Framework, the program marked the pilot phase of a broader initiative aimed at strengthening faculty capacity in emerging technologies. The valuable feedback received from participants will help enhance future training programs.
The Department acknowledges the preliminary planning and coordination by Prof. Dr. Farooq Ahmad and sincerely appreciates the dedicated efforts of the resource persons, including Dr. Muhammad Aksam Iftikhar, Dr. Rao Adeel Nawab, Dr. Muhammad Sharjeel, Dr. M. Shahid Bhatti, Dr. Jawad Shafi, Dr. Tahir Maqsood, Dr. Muhammad Hassan Jamal, Prof. Dr. Adnan Ahmad, and Dr. Atif Saeed, whose expertise contributed to the program's success. The Department also extends its gratitude to the Campus Management for its continuous support in making this initiative a success.
