Computer Science department of COMSATS University Lahore held its Final Year Project Exhibition on Thursday, 2 nd Feb 2023. Total 92 FYP groups presented their work in front of various teams where they first presented their work through presentation followed by the demo of their project. Each group was evaluated by one of the 19 teams of evaluators. Every evaluation team consisted of two internal examiners- faculty of CS department and one external evaluator – various notable persons from academia and industry. Each group also displayed their poster for poster exhibition and prizes as well. After successful evaluation and result compilation, three teams from BSCS and three teams from BSSE were announced positions who had highest marks. Moreover three teams from each discipline, CS and SE were also announced winners for poster competition whose posters got highest marks. The evaluations were followed by a prize distribution ceremony where all the position holders were given certificates for their hard work. The certificates were awarded by Head of Computer Science department Dr. Muhammad Waqas Anwar who was accompanied by Convener FYP Committee, Dr. Shahbaz Akhtar Abid. The supervisors of all the winning participants were also awarded certificates. The ceremony ended with a note by Dr. Muhammad Waqas who congratulated all the winners and appreciated the efforts of the FYP team.
