Winning IAP Grand Jamia Mosque Design Competition by the students and Alumni of the Department of Architecture

Lahore Smart City (LSC) in collaboration with the Institute of Architects Pakistan – Rawalpindi Islamabad Chapter (IAP-RIC) and supported by Institute of Architects Pakistan – Lahore Chapter (IAP-LC) had launched an Ideas and Design National Competition for Architecture Students & Architects within Pakistan. Lahore Smart City are exploring ideas & design for their Grand Jamia Mosque.

Out of 45 Registrations the final 25 submissions were judged. Ar. Humza Suhail, alumni of the department of Architecture won the 3rd prize and Mr. Muhammad Abubakar and Mr.Rana Abdul Moiz students of 4th year Architecture achieved the honorable mention in this competition. The project for 4th year students was completed under supervision of Ar.Nabah Ali Saad, assistant professor of Architecture Department. Congratulations to all the winners and the Department of Architecture CUI Lahore.
