Department of Physics Faculty members succeeded to win four (04) NRPU projects funded by Higher Education of Pakistan

Department of Physics, CIIT Lahore succeed to win four NRPU research projects and award letters were distributed in Ceremony at Presidency being Chaired by Honorable President of Pakistan. The detail of projects are as follows and photo is attached:

  1. Dr. M Yasir Rafique (Assistant Professor)

    2. Title : Development of magnetic nanostructure for energy efficient applications based on ultra strong permanent magnet and soft magnet

  2. Dr. Aamir Razaq(Assistant Professor)

    3. title: Fabrication of Nanocellulose and Conductive Polymer Based Flexible and Environmentally Safe Paper Electrodes for Development of Energy Storage Devices Via Indigenous Resources

  3. Dr. Abdul Sattar(Assistant Professor)

    4. Title: STUDY OF CHARGE TRANSPORT PROPERTIES OF MOLECULAR DEVICES

  4. Dr. Muhammad Jamil (Assistant Professor)

    5. Title: Study of Electrostatic modes in semiconductor plasmas

The total no. of research awards are 199 for University/Institutes in federal region. Among Federal Universities/Institutes COMSATS got first position by scoring 62 award, and have huge margin with 2nd position, i-e NUST 37 awards, and 3rd position i-e 26 award.
