Fifth Symposium: Clinical Requirements and Regulatory Affairs, December 14-16, 2016
The 5th International Symposium on Biomedical Materials: Clinical Requirements and Regulatory Affairs was held from 14 th to 16 th December, 2016 at Pearl Continental Hotel, Lahore. Some of internationally acclaimed scientists and researchers from Pakistan and abroad were a part of the symposium. Prof. Dr. Ihtesham-ur- Rehman (University of Sheffield, UK), Prof. Sheila MacNeil (University of Sheffield, UK), Prof. John Haycock (University of Sheffield, UK), Prof. Min Wang (Hong Kong University), Prof. Jinlong Zhang (East China University of Science & Technology, Shanghai, China), Prof. Peter Paul (Müller Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research, Braunschweig, Germany), Dr. James Tsoi (Hong Kong University), Dr. Mohammad Jawad (Founder of London's NipnTuck Surgery), Dr. Vanessa Hearnden (University of Sheffield, UK), Dr. Dong-Kwon Lim (KU-KIST Graduate School of Converging Science & Technology, Korea), Dr. Chris Holland (University of Sheffield, UK), Dr. Ahtasham Raza (University of Sheffield, UK), Dr. Sheikh Akhtar Hussain (Director Medical Devices & Medicated Cosmetics, DRAP) and Prof. Syed M. Awais (Orthopaedic Surgeon) were the notable international participants of the event.
