Bacterial Cellulose

Nanofibrous Nanoporous Nanocellulose

Patent: Awarded in 2021 (PPO # 143969) Halal & Natural No Regulatory Approvals Required

Environment friendly, nano-sized, sustainable, halal, and natural bacterial cellulose sheets, hydrogels, and powders synthesized using low-energy, agricultural waste-based dark fermentation.

Bacterial Cellulose

Description

Bacterial Cellulose provides a plan for synthesizing raw bacterial cellulose sheets, hydrogels, powders, and dry sheets sustainably. Bulk production has been proven in IRCBM labs through trial scale-up production. The process utilizes sustainable and eco-friendly fermentation using renewable resources such as sugar or agricultural by-products, running without any industrial machinery in plastic or glass containers in the dark. It offers easy purification and processing, and has no competitors in Pakistan.
