Accommodation
Guest and Speakers from outside of Lahore will be provided with the Hotel Facility upon their prior request. Rooms in Hotels will be booked for them. COMSATS will not provide any accommodation allowance.
Participants (Students) from other cities will be providing with hostel facility in COMSATS’ Hostels. Each Student will be charged 400/- PK per night.
Transport
Participants will manage their own travel expenses. COMSATS will provide the speakers with the transport in Lahore.
