About

Built at the nanoscale, tested at the electrode.

Synthesis, electrochemistry and DFT under one roof, in the Department of Chemistry at CUI Lahore.

We synthesise nanomaterials, particularly carbon materials and metal-oxide nanocomposites, and put them to work in sensors, energy storage and clean water.

Much of the work happens at an electrode: modified carbon cloth, graphitic pencil and screen-printed interfaces that detect pollutants and biomolecules, or store charge in flexible supercapacitors.
