A seminar on Takaful in collaboration with Pak-Qatar Family Takaful

A seminar for spreading awareness on Takaful (Islamic Insurance) was held in collaboration with Pak-Qatar Family Takaful on December 10, 2014 (11:00 AM to 04:00 PM) with support of Dr. Waheed Akhter, Assistant Professor, Management Science Department, CIIT-Lahore.

Islamic Scholar Mufti Muhammad Akhlaq, Regional Head, Shariah Compliance, Pak-Qatar Family Takaful was the speaker.

The concepts of Riba, Gharar, Qumar Bazi, Conventional Insurance, Waqaf/Kafalah and Takaful were explained at length in the light of Quran & Sunnah. At the end very effective exchange of question answers occurred proving the seminar beneficial.
