CUI Lahore Library organized the books as per Dewey Decimial Classification Schemew (DDC). Basically this is an order by subject. Below are some important classification numbers in the area of humanities and it's allied discplines.

To find books in the library you must use the library catalogue. On the Library home page use the Search Books. Type the name of the book or topic you are looking for into the search box and click Search.  

Books relevant to your search will come up. Those that are available for loan will have description of Available on the left side; issued books will be having the description of Borrowed on the left side.
