Description
Myco@Sure is a handheld prototype designed for rapid, on-site presumptive screening. It identifies food, feed, and beverage lots that may contain mycotoxins, helping inspectors determine whether a specific lot should be sent for expensive laboratory analysis. The technology includes rapid screening methods to establish the presence or absence of the mycotoxins and check the range of toxin levels using semiquantitative analysis.
