Objectives of DICE-IET 2017
- To foster culture of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in the country and make it part of Nation’s DNA.
- To establish a strong linkage b/w academia and Information & Enabling Technologies’ industry and provide a common platform for academia, industry, government, entrepreneurs and expatriates to interact, share knowledge and collaborate on innovations and commercialization, to grow the indigenous Information & Enabling Technologies industry in the country.
- To create a positive and favorable image of Pakistan Information & Enabling Technologies’ industry in the eyes of international community – i.e. country fully capable of developing innovative Information and Enabling Technologies’ products for domestic market as well as for rest of the world.
To speed up technology revolution in Pakistan by motivating both academia and industry to acquire, promote and utilize state-of- art technologies/high-tech software for the rapid development of innovative Information & Enabling Technologies products.
