Zaid Ahmad is about to complete his PhD from Department of Computer and Communication Systems Engineering at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). He received his MS degree from Iqra University, Pakistan (2012) in Telecommunication and BS degree from Institute of Space Technology, Pakistan (2007) in Communication Systems Engineering. He has been working as a Lecturer in Lahore Campus of COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) since 2013. He is also a member of Internet of Things (IoT) research group. Before this, he has worked as Assistant Professor and Lecturer at Iqra University, Pakistan. His research interests include wireless communication, Internet of Things (IoT), LPWAN communication, and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) Communication.
