Dr. Yahya Rashid has taught management courses at various prominent universities including LUMS-Lahore, UET-Lahore, and SFU- Vancouver. He has over 15 years of working experience in national and multinational organizations:

 

·         Eight years of experience of managing small to medium size projects such as customized design of centrifugal and displacement pumps as well as skids for industries like Chemical, Polymer, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, while working with Honda Pump, Japan and Fuji techno Pump Japan.

 

·         Worked eight years with EMCO Industries Lahore, as Manager Tile-Division. Directly supervised a project of Floor tile plant and successfully completed its installation and operation. 

 

His research interest is in the field of Distributed Real-time Scheduling Systems, Organizational behaviour, Construction Project Management, Project Planning and Control, Strategic Human Resource Management, Leadership and Team Building.
