Dr Ghulam Abbas did his MSc, M.Phil from QAU Pakistan and Ph.D in Inorganic Chemistry from University Karlsruhe (Now KIT) Karlsruhe Germany. He is activly involved in the filed of molecular magnetism and Crystal Engineering. His area of specialization is the synthesis of molecular based Nanomagnets. These materials has wide range of magnetic, Biomedical and Photoluminisence applications. His research is focused on biomedical materials with an emphasis on the bioceramics for hard tissue reconstruction and drug delivery applications. The projects are cross-disciplinary with strong collaborations with pre clinical and clinical expertise as well as with industry. The projects scope include: Synthesis of Single Molecule Magnets, injectable materials and drug delivery . He has published his work in the journals of international repute. He has also attended  conferences (Interanational/National) and workshops.
