Dr. Saim received a B.Sc. with majors in Mathematics and Physics from Forman Christian College (FCC Lahore, Pakistan) in 1997. In 2000, he did M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from University of the Punjab (Lahore, Pakistan). In 2003,he completed M.Sc. in Computer Science from University of the Punjab (Lahore, Pakistan) and in 2004, he joined COMSATS Institute of Information Technology Lahore for MS in Computer Science. He then completed his PhD in Computer Science in 2011 from University of Milan (Milan, Italy). He is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, COMSATS Institute of Information Technology (Lahore, Pakistan). He has also been involved in teaching at Universities in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia for the last seven years. His research interests include Brain-Computer Interfaces, EEG Signal Processing, Digital Image Processing, Computer Graphics, Computer Vision and Human-Computer Interaction. He is also serving in different departmental committees like Co-Curriculum Activities, Teaching Area In-Charge for Institutional subjects.
