I got my Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from a prestigious institute National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad in 2015. My Ph.D. My dissertation was on Metric Graph Theory under the supervision of  Dr. Muhammad Imran. My areas of research in graph theory are resolvability in graphs, graph labelings, topological invariants of chemical graphs, spectra of graphs, and chromatic spectra of graphs.

Approved Projects:

  •  Resolvability in simple connected graphs and some topological descriptors of graphs was approved and received the grant of Rs. PK =232,000/- via   no. 221-808/SRGP/R&D/HEC/2016, from Higher Education Commission of Pakistan SRGP 2016.

 I am HEC approved supervisor for PhD-level students in the field of Mathematics.

  • Obtained special research scholarship from National University of Sciences and Technology Islamabad, Pakistan, 2014-2015
  • Obtained Merit-based fee waiver from National University of Sciences and Technology Islamabad, Pakistan, 2012-2015
  • Obtained travel grant and residence from ICTP (Italy) in 2011 for a one-month research visit to attend a workshop and conference on Graph Theory.
