I am currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics, COMSATS Institute of Information technology, Lahore and teaching graduate/undergraduate classes. I have joined material science group with Clean Energy Research Lab (CERL) with contnuing work in the field of nanocomposite materials for energy applications (Fuel Cells). I have completed my M.Sc. and M.Phil degrees in the department of Physics, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, Pakistan in 2002 and 2006, respectively. I have joined COMSATS as research associate in 2006. Later on I have completed my Ph.D. in the Department of Physics Bahaddin Zakariya University, Multan with Ex-Pakistan Leave from CIIT and rejoined COMSATS in 2011.
I have around 35 International Publications with an accumulative Impact Factor more than 130. I have more than 15 National/International talks including invited talks and keynote speaker. I have a professional skill to synthesize the materials by different techniques; solid state reaction, co-precipitation, sol-gel, wet-chemical root and auto-clave techniques and well known knowledge of XRD, SEM, TEM, and TGA analysis. I have been working to measure the electronic/ionic conductivities of the materials and fuel cell performance of three layers (anode/electrolyte/cathode)which includes the measurement of open circuit voltage (OCV), current density and power density at various temperature from 400-600oC.
