RISE is a thematic research alliance established under the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS), COMSATS University Islamabad. It continues the legacy of the former Energy Research Centre (ERC), expanding its scope to integrate innovation, policy research, and international collaborations in the field of sustainable energy.

Our mission is to drive Pakistan’s transition towards clean and affordable energy by:
