Seminar on Academic Writing for Research and Publication

Department of Humanities organized a seminar under the patronage of Dr. Musferah Mahfooz. It was conducted by Dr. Saqib Mehmood Goraya, Associate Professor of Applied Linguists, University of Lahore on "Academic Writing for Research and Publication" on Wednesday, 14th Dec,2022. The event was arranged by Dr Saima Akhtar Chattha and was attended by the students of BS and MS English along with students from other disciplines as well as faculty members. It was interactive session where students benefitted from the expertise of Dr. Saqib Mehmood on the subject. The session ended with a vote of thanks by Dr. Saima Chattha and presentation of the souvenir to the speaker. Dr. Mehmood was all praises for the students' participation, the faculty teaching English language and literature and the university campus in terms of its facilities and the ambience. The faculty deemed the seminar an informative and a successful session.
