Seminar on "Rohingaya Muslims' Genocide in Myanmar"

Department of Humanities under supervision of Ms Tooba Sami Ahmad (lecturer International Relations) arranged a seminar "Muslim's Genocide in Myanmar" on Wednesday, October 18, 2017. His Excellency Ehsan Ullah Batth, Former Ambassador of Pakistan to Myanmar was the Guest Speaker. Faculty and students from different departments attended this session. The Honourable Guest shared his experience and explained the socio-political and military aspects of the conflict. He also discussed the international dimension of the crisis and elaborated the role of foreign powers like USA, China, Saudi Arabia and India. After his presentation students asked different questions related to the issue. In the end Worthy Director Dr Qaisar Abbas presented honorary shield to the guest. He also thanked His Excellency for his visit to campus and sharing his knowledge with the students. After the session Mr Ehsan Ullah Batth had a meeting with Dr.Ammad ul Huq, Incharge Department of Humanities, and his team.
