Dr Rana Nadir Idrees is serving as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI) since 2010, and feel proud to have served the University at his best during these ten years.
He completed his PhD in Management in 2019 with CGPA 3.63 from COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus. His research work involved titled Impact of Compensation System Attributes on Teacher's Performance with Associated Variables in Universities of Pakistan. He earned his MS (Management) degree in 2008 with a CGPA score of 3.57 from Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS), University of the Punjab Lahore. His research work involved a study of Performance-Based Incentives and Their Perceived Impact on Teacher Performance in University of the Punjab, Lahore. He has also done MBA (Finance) in 1999 with a CGPA score of 3.61 from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of the Punjab Lahore. His project work involved a study of Financial Accounting and Reporting Practices in Public and Private Sector Organizations of Pakistan.
Before joining CUI, he has served UCP, Punjab Group of Colleges and Punjab University in different capacities for more than a decade. His area of research and specialization include Management, Administrative Sciences and Human Resource Management. He has published several papers in his management field and supervised many MS and MB1.5 students. He has also performed several administrative duties as given from time to time.
