Dr. Muhammad Fahad Javaid is an Assistant Professor of Management Sciences in the Department of Management Sciences (MS) of CIIT Lahore. He holds the degree of Master of Philosophy with specialization in Human Resource Management and a PhD in Manangement Scinces. He is teaching course such as Art of Leadership and Motivation, Leadership and Ethics, Human Resource Development, Strategic Compensation Management, Performance & Career Management, Organizational Change & Development, Human Resource Management, Management Policies & Practices, Production & Operations Management, Productivity & Quality Management. He was performing mutilple addition responsiblities in department of Manangment Scoinces as a Program Coordinator of BBA & BBS program, Convener Event Management Committee, Convener Job Placement. He was also the convener of COMSATS Job Fair-2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. His research output includes several Journal publications and presented his research work in International conference held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in 2009 funded by HEC. He has been actively involved in organizing number of research conferences as CICM-2008, CBRC-2009 and GFIF in 2012 to 2017 at CUI Lahore. He performed his duties as a In charge Job Placement Cell of Department of Management Sciences from 2009 to 2016. He also has international exposure to work as a Customer Services Assistant Manager at Wicke Building Material Suppliers, Slough, U.K. from 2004 to 2007. He atteneded a teaching taraining program in Lancaster University, UK in 2016.
