Dr. Amna Mir is an Assistant Professor in Physics at the Department of Physics, CUI Lahore Campus since 2015.  She received her Ph.D. in  Electronic Science and Technology, BUPT-QMUL E.M theory and its applications, International research lab, School of Electronic Engineering, BUPT, China. Her research work was based on "Analysis and Design of terahertz detection scheme for mm Wave applications". Her area of research includes, but is not limited to microwaves/millimeter waves, antennas, nanotechnology for electromagnetic and flexible electronics, Energy harvesting and storage devices, and green energy solutions.

Dr. Amna Mir has published several peer-reviewed articles in high-impact journals with a total impact factor of 67. Her work has been cited more than 126 times with an overall h-index of 7.
